We hope you are delighted with your Chantecaille purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or tested.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Care team via email or our online contact form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to facilitate faster processing.
Ship the Items
Send your return to our UK distribution center using a tracked shipping service; we recommend obtaining proof of postage as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
